Taking down a stove connector pipe
The connector between a wood stove and the chimney collects deposit fast, because it is the first place the exhaust cools. It comes down in sections, each marked so it goes back in order, and is brushed over a drop cloth or outdoors.
Going back up, each joint is fastened, the crimped ends point toward the stove so condensate runs back into it, and the run keeps its rise toward the chimney. Where the vacuum goes, and why
