Why not give a price over the phone?
Because the price depends on what we find. Two chimneys with the same symptom can need very different work, and we would rather write a real number than guess.
What happens on the first visit?
We look at the parts involved, write the estimate on site and walk you through what we found. Larger jobs are scheduled after you approve the estimate.
What counts as an emergency?
Water coming into the house around the chimney, storm damage to the chimney top, or an animal trapped in the flue. For smoke in the house or a gas smell, call 911 or your gas utility first.
